Cannot log into my profiles

Try going to xbox.live.com and signing on there. If successful, try redownloading your profile to your Xbox.

Try logging into

https://login.live.com

and check if you get any errors. You may for instance see prompts to "unblock" your account. Follow the instructions, and see if it helps.

I am sorry that you are having this issue, it is very likely that you will have to remove your profile, create an application password in your MSA in order to be able to login. Lets go

When asked for the password again:

- Go to https://account.microsoft.com/security and sign in to your Microsoft account;

- Select More security options;

- Under App passwords, select Create a new app password. A new app password is generated and appears on your screen;

- Enter this app password where you would enter your normal Microsoft account password.
