    Cannot log into my Microsoft Solitaire Collection


    Seeking support:

    Ipad mini loaded with MS Solitaire Collection being used by my wife.

    Was working well and used a lot. Yesterday when she went to record a win in the daily challenge and all her other game scores disappeared.

    Now she can play the games but the scores are not saved because she has not been logged in. Before this happened the game logged her in automatically. If she presses the "log in" icon the game crashes, the screen closes and goes back to her home page with
    all her apps displayed.

    I have followed the various guidance notes to try and sort the problem for her: checked she has enough storage (3.6GB is free), delete the app and re-install, totally switch off the machine, checked that her IOS was up to date, checked to see if there was
    an update for the app., etc., all to no avail.

    Anyone got any thoughts?

    Logging in to Microsoft Solitaire Collection

    I changed my Microsoft username, and now I cannot log in to Microsoft Solitaire Collection.

    I can log in to XBox live web site with the new info, and it does show my account.

    Solitaire shows error 1170000, but I could not find any info on that code.

    It will not let me enter new user account info, it goes into a loop - log off - can not log on

    Help with Identity Crisis

    I have been playing Microsoft Solitaire collection Daily Challenges for a long while. Suddenly yesterday I no longer had my identity. I was a guest only. I cannot log into xbox either. Is anyone else experiencing these issues?

    Sorry to hear about the issues in Microsoft Solitaire Collection and the crashing problem. The Microsoft Casual Games team actually just came out with a new website that not only has a link to chat with a representative about more complex technical issues
    on the main page
    HERE    . They also have a FAQ/Support page
    HERE     with steps that may also be helpful in resolving this issue. Try giving the steps in the FAQ/Support page a shot and see if they help.
