Cannot log in2 XBL on the Optus network in AUS

It appears that there is a widespread network problem in Australia where Xbox customers on the Optus broadband network are unable to log in to their Xbox account on their consoles. This issue has been brought to the attention of both tech departments (MS
& Optus)

Many gamers are having problems launching their games or logging into their accounts with constant internet error messages.

I’m having issues where my Ethernet hardwired consoles, One S & One X will not allow me to log into my gamertag.

Everything else connected online is fine. Both consoles appear to be connected as they both still perform background downloads & updates at normal internet speed. I can also access the MS store & view trailers delivered via the internet, yet when it comes
to logging in, I keep getting “No internet” errors.

I’ve cleared console cache, performed factory resets as well as resetting my broadband modem/router. Still cannot log in!...

X BOX with Optus Sports

Hi, I try and log in to Optus sports on the xbox and its says that I the password is incorrect to Optus Sports, this is incorrect as I use the password on my i phone and i pad and it works fine, any ideas???

im having trouble logging in it keeps saying currently connected to a pc or console. log out from any platform to continue... but im not logged in2 anything

Hi Psychedelicide,

Sounds like you have done some great troubleshooting there, have you also been able to check

opening ports for the console as well?

I've done as suggested above and (attempted) to forward the ports. I'll know in the coming days if I was successful, but it turns out the whole Optus network was on the fritz. I'll be taking it up with Optus. Thank you for your advice 🙏&#55356;�

[/quote] It doesn't work,hasn't worked for me and I get no response from Ubi when I contact them. It's a broken imitation of COD Elite.

Having the same issue for over 2 hours, got booted and cannot log back in to XBL.

Can't start the game since the update, it says, the CD cannot be read. I have to log off from XBL, start the game then and connect back to XBL in the game. Cannot connect to GTAO though

this patch *** it up totally for me
