Cannot log in: You’ve entered the wrong password too many times.

I’m trying to access one of my old accounts and I’ve forgotten my password and because I’ve tried using so many different passwords I’ve been locked out. I’ve tried to fill out a form multiple times filling out the relevant information but its not sufficient
enough to get the account back, any help would be very much appreciated.

ok the thing is if the form is no enough you should try to call microsoft, they will help you, i don't recommend using a chat on the website

Hi Kayne.

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues accessing you account. We at this forum does not have access to make those changes, but i would recommend that you try to reset your password and make another, just to be sure.

Hello Josh, as you mention in your description that your account was not Hackead but blocked by wrong attempts to enter the password, the ideal is to try to wait 24 to 72 hours before trying to enter your account again.
