    Cannot log in with my gamer profile on my Xbox One


    I recently moved house, and my ISP accidently cancelled my email address. I have since had it reinstated. This was the email address I have attached to my Xbox Gamer Profile. Now I can't log in to my Gamer Profile on my Xbox One. It does not recognise my
    old password. I tried logging into my account via my PC. It said I no longer owned my email address and that I should create a @outlook.com.au email account which I did. So I can log in to my Xbox Gamer Tag on my PC. But this is not recognised on my consoles.
    I cannot change my email address on my console. I have tried removing my gamer profile from my console to try reinstalling it but it won't let me - I just get an error message. Does this mean if I want to play my Xbox I have to lose my Gamer Profile of 10
    years with over 150K of achievements? Please help!!!

    Problems with Halo 4 DLC

    Hey there. I have experience exactly the same problem. Unable to load content on my profile, the pictures do not display and cannot load maps in custom games. However, when I log into my friends profile on the same xbox I am able to load the content even
    though I downloaded with my profile.

    so to keep my games on profile, i would have to create a gamer profile the same as the one i was playing on before i got to xbox live so i can save my games on???

    i cannot just move the profile to a new gamer name.....

    My problem is that the gamer profile is not the one I want to keep, but it is the one that I can log onto my Xbox account with.

    The other gamer tag is my old one and is the one I want to keep....!

    That is TC101066, this is the main one which has all my gamer points and the Gold Menbership.

    I currently have only one profile on my Xbox and it's not set to sign in automatically. Like I stated above, it's the same account, but the Xbox shows my changed gamertag and gamer score, but when I log on with my other devices it shows the old gamertag
    and a zero gamer score.

    Try going to xbox.live.com and signing on there. If successful, try redownloading your profile to your Xbox.
