cannot log in to my account

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We need a little more information to ensure that we provide the correct solution. Are you attempting to log in to the Epic Games launcher on a computer? Are you attempting to launch and play Fortnite on an Xbox
One? Are you referring to linking a Microsoft account with an Epic account? Be sure to let us know the results!

I don't think anyone here will be able to help with something like that, as we will just refer you back to xbox support phone call, as you will need to go through all of the security questions to make sure you are you, support on the forums obviously can't
do this as they would be asking for private information which you wouldn't want to give on a public forum. However it seems like you have done this, the only thing I can suggest is try again, but without the proof support asks for it will prove difficult for
them to give it to you.

It is blocked because I cannot reset my password I cannot log into my account.

I cannot do that, since it requires me to log in to my account, and at the moment, I cannot do that.

I explained this in the original post: neither my email nor my phone number are associated with the account anymore, so I cannot log into the account, cannot use the recovery tool, and cannot use the account recovery form.
