    Cannot log-in to Microsoft Solitaire Collection after changing my password


    I cannot log-in to this app via the start menu. When I try to, I am prompted to go to
    FAQ Archive - Microsoft Casual Games. I can log in with no problem whatsoever if I go to the Xbox website. I've tried everything in the troubleshooting steps, including every step listed under 'I tried to play
    Microsoft Solitaire Collection today but there was a problem with it! Help!' section listed on that site. One of the steps under that section stated to go into the settings in the store & go to app updates & press both 'Check for Updates AND Sync Licenses.'
    However, I do not see that option. All I see under 'App Updates' is that the setting to update automatically is on. There is nothing else to click or hover on in that section. Whether or not this is significant, I have no idea. So I went to the next step
    which was to uninstall the 'Microsoft Solitaire Collection' app.

    However, I'm still having trouble logging into the app via the start menu. This has been going on ever since I changed my password about a week or two or so.. I am using the 64-bit version of Windows 10 Home.

    Please advise.

    Microsoft Solitaire Error Code 107_113_11301

    After a reinstall of Windows 10 and 4 attempts to reinstall Microsoft Solitaire Collection, I still can't play Daily challenge or Events. Xbox logs me in and shows my history. I can play the daily in Microsoft Mahjong but not in Solitaire. Also cannot
    play the Star Club games. The Microsoft FAQ is no help at all even after trying several solutions that do not apply to the error code.

    Logging in to Microsoft Solitaire Collection

    I changed my Microsoft username, and now I cannot log in to Microsoft Solitaire Collection.

    I can log in to XBox live web site with the new info, and it does show my account.

    Solitaire shows error 1170000, but I could not find any info on that code.

    It will not let me enter new user account info, it goes into a loop - log off - can not log on

    Freecell has stopped recording wins but not losses

    Similar Problem on my Windows 8.1 Machine. For a few days Microsoft Solitaire Collection only stops recording stats for FreeCell and Pyramid on the Xbox Network.

    Reinstallation as described in the Microsoft Solitaire Collection FAQ has changed nothing.
