    cannot log in to jigsaw


    Since an automatic windows update, Microsoft jigsaw no longer works. I have un installed and re installed the game and it makes no difference. It will not let me log in using my Xbox player number and therefore I have lost all my collections and all of my
    coins.

    Can someone please help me? What do I need to do so that the game will work again. Solitare, majong and all other Microsoft games were unaffected and continue to work correctly

    Jigaw is not logging into xboz account

    Three quarters of the time, Jigsaw will not log into my Xbox account, so I cannot access any of my purchased puzzles. A quarter of the time it works perfectly. I can log on my xbox account easily and my password has not been changed.

    It doesn't matter if I restart Jigsaw or windows.

    Cannot log in to Xbox Live

    I am able to log in to xbox.com with my live account, to the win10 xbox application but when I open Jigsaw it cannot log in to my live account. Solitaire is able to log in to my account without issue. I already cleaned temps, cache and cookies, logged out
    and back in but it still will not log me in. Should I uninstall / reinstall?

    Xbox sign-in errors resolution

    Help!!! Just had windows update on my pc running windows 8.1 cannot now play any of my collections like solitaire, majong jigsaw etc pc cannot log in as before (automatically ) keeps telling me to install from store - store won't install as already installed.
    Can't uninstall either. Have tried re-starting pc but still no joy. :(

    Another heard from here. I cannot log into mahjong. I went through the store to open other games, solitaire, jigsaw puzzles and they open fine now. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling mahjong. I have it installed on two devices (desktop and laptop)
    and i have the same difficulty on both.

    Microsoft Solitaire & Casual Games don't work since few days on PC ( and I'd payed for it!)

    Go to the Store and install another Microsoft game. Like Mahjong or Jigsaw.

    Start that game and when you are logged in to Xbox Live, start Solitaire while leaving the Mahjong or Jigsaw game open.

    Worked for me.

    I've tried logging out and in again multiple times. The console login information is correct and doesn't match the jigsaw login, which is the part that really makes no sense to me. If I log out of the console then open jigsaw it offers me the ability
    to put in a password for the incorrect login name, but doesn't let me change it.
