    Cannot log in on Xbox One


    it's not letting me log in on my account/ profile on Xbox One. I never had Xbox live it was always offline. now it's saying that my passwords was not saved and I need to connect online.

    Cannot log in to Amazon Prime (or to Xbx One S at all) netflix is fine

    Cannot log in to Xbox or Amazon video on my Xbox One S. It tries to log me in automatically but I keep getting try later 0x87D0006.

    Hey there,

    In order to sign-in to an Xbox Live profile on an Xbox One console, an internet connection will be required. You can still use your Xbox One console offline after you have been signed-in, but if the profile was removed or signed out, an internet connection
    will be needed so you can type the password in. Hope I understood the issue, please let us know if you have further questions!

    Have you had a chance to try resetting your password through a browser with the steps in this

    Change Your Password Troubleshooter    ? If not give that a go and let us know how it goes. If you have 2-step verification enabled you will need to generate an app-specific password for your Xbox One if you haven't already.

    Can any body that's not in the same Internet server as me

    Only if they have a xbox one smartglass, and know what your log in and password is. If they don't know your log in and password they cannot connect to your xbox.
