Cannot load Xbox 360 games on my account

This is the exact same problem I have!!! Very frustrating! Used to work till I added another account for my boy. the games work fine on his account but not mine. Would love to know how to fix this? deleted account and downloaded it again but still get same
error. "this account cannot connect to xbox live to fix it download it again" Only on 360 games! Xbox one games work on live just fine

when you load an ea game on the xbox console be it 360 or one and dont log into an ea account it usually creates one, you can log into ea with an xbox account or email, it is a daft system.

you need to log into ea with your xbox account and remove the link then log into your normal ea account with the email address and then link.

if you cannot do it then open a ticket with EA for assistance.

Xbox 360 games can be purchased using Microsoft account credit on a 360 console. They cannot be purchased with account credit on an Xbox One or the Xbox website.

I'm not able to launch the game from any account, i have tried but it doesn't work. The error just appears like that it says MINECRAFT XBOX 360 EDITION HAS FAILED TO LOAD AND CANNOT CONTINUE, and it shows me an option to return to the dashboard, there are

The game is backwards compatible, however like I said the game just won't count my profile as signed in. (In detail) I'm signed in to my Xbox account, launch the game, then a screen pops up saying "loading Xbox 360 info" and then the game loads up, when I press start the game says, "Profile not signed in, progress will not be saved, please sign in" however when I use my father's account, the game allows his account to be signed into the game but his profile is transferred from an Xbox 360. If it keeps happening will getting Xbox live at least once help resolve the issue?
