Cannot load Modern Warfare Two on my Xbox

I have bought Modern Warfare two vault addition for my son on his Xbox one. I used a digital code. All components of the game are downloaded but when we get to press A to start the game will not progress. It has managed to load twice but that was over two days ago and have not managed to get it to load since.

Also I have bought a CD copy of the game for my other sons Xbox, which is having the same difficulty, but also it says he cannot play because of family message settings, yet he can play with no difficulty on my Xbox. This is getting rather annoying. I am down £150 as we cannot play?? Can someone please help. I have Googled solutions and tried a few things but nothing has worked.

Two months. Haven't been able to load into a game in two months. It says Match Started. Loading level. Then 2 minutes later it kicks me out and says Failed to load due to transmission error status: VIGOROUS. Modern warfare used to be my favorite of the two current COD games (not counting warzone). Can't even load into a **** game now. Somebody please fix this.

No, my NAT type only comes up in Modern Warfare as Moderate, but my xbox cannot detect the type.

There are Two Xbox ones on my network and only one can access Xbox live servers for Modern Warfare at once. One will get on just fine then the other one will keep failing to connect to Xbox live servers until the other console gets off. What can
be done for this?

Do you 2 copies of Modern Warfare and a separate gold account for each console?

We have two Xbox's and we play fine online and with Modern Warfare.
