Cannot load into a Zombies game as of 3 days ago.

I was disconnected from BO6 Zombies, Liberty Falls. A SAVE file was created. I attempted to enter the game with the SAVE file. The game froze and disconnected me from the server. I did notice that my Game Pass was expiring soon. I renewed it, but my game continues to reflect that the Game Pass is expiring soon. I have reset my console, cleared all data through My Games & Apps, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, cleared storage, cleared persistent cache, unplugged the XBOX X console, plugged it back in, and reset my AT&T Fiber network. I tried entering Zombies with a weapon from the new Battle Pass. Nothing is working. I am beyond livid!

I attempted to enter the game with my secondary account. The Game Pass also expired during gameplay, but I renewed it. I cannot load into a game of zombies with that account, either.

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I'm sorry to hear that your console does not recognize your Game Pass. As part of our isolation, let's check if your subscription shows active on your Microsoft profile, please login to this link using the same Microsoft profile that you use in your console. Login using a different device: https://account.microsoft.com/services

If it shows active, let's ensure that your console's cache will be cleared, I would recommend that you perform a power cycle, kindly follow the steps below. Note that this is different from a regular restart.

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 50 seconds.

Important: Make sure that you wait at least 50 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

3. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

If you don't see the green boot-up animation when the console restarts, repeat these steps. Make sure that you hold the power button until the console completely shuts down.

Important If your console is in Sleep mode, the above steps will shut the console off completely. Sleep mode, or the ability to turn on your console by saying "Xbox on," won't be enabled until you restart the console.

If the power cycle does not resolve your issue, let's re-sync your Xbox profile from your console. Kindly logout from your Xbox by pressing the Xbox button, select Profile & system, and then select Sign out to sign out and back in. Check for the subscription once more after logging back in. Kindly make sure that the Microsoft account that you are using is the account where you purchased the subscription.

this has been happening to me the past 3 days. i cant even get into zombies online. any game online just freezes when the loading bar is at 3/4 and the "loading circle" keeps going non-stop.

I fail to see how "it would be kind of interesting to have a zombie-enemy" in this game, are there not enough Zombie games on the market these days? BioWare were a little ahead of the curve when the "zombie-like" Husks were introduced over a half decade

The Xbox app was working for the past couple of days then an update was released a couple of hours ago which I installed and then it has gone back to the state where I cannot click on anything in it and the games don't load to be clicked on.

Graphics do make a game better but when you have to inspect screen shots to see the slight differences between the XB1 & PS4 version of a game they don’t matter. By the way I'd rather have Dead Rising 3 at 720 with thousands of zombies and no load times
over a 1080 P version with half the zombie count and load zones.
