    Cannot load games nor talk with friends


    Trying to chat and play with friends, and play a game but cannot do either without choppy voice chat and game not loading.

    I know the purchase and content usage is being worked on, but why would it affect voice chat? Or would it?

    *Edit* been about a day and no response. At this point I'm pretty sure it's Xbox Live and not my internet otherwise I would not be typing this out right now. My question is why am I affected but my brother and 2 friends are not even though we are less than
    30 min drive away?

    I have xbox live gold, and I can do everything like play online and talk with friends. But I cannot download the games with gold

    i keep getting banned and now im console banned by 13 year old kids for no reason i was in the hospital for a week not even online now xbox over the phone told me to do this stuff PLEASE FIX THIS XBOX 6478704914

    Yeah having the same issue and all my friends are aswell. Achievement App Is not loading and cannot see any of my online friends cannot talk to my friends in the party aswell. Microsoft needs to issue a service alert...

    I assume they all are in party, as he is in a group. Xbox friend can talk to PS4 friend and Xbox son can talk to PS4 friend. But in the same game Xbox friend cannot talk to Xbox son. Leaving PS4 friend to relay each of the XBoxs to each other.

    I have the same problem on CoD MW and I have my the other Xbox player as an Xbox friend and in game friend but cannot hear each other.

    The same thing is happening to me as well. 2 of my personal friends cannot see me online, nor can they see eachother, but my other xbox friends are online too.
