    Hello Ricky!

    Sorry to hear that you're having problems with this app for our console.

    I would say that if you are just having problems with this one app, to try the steps that we have on our support site entitled "My Xbox One game
    won't start or freezes during gameplay    " to resolve this issue. I know that it's an app and not a game, but the troubleshooting should carry over to any program that tries to launch through the console.

    When you get a chance, try looking through that page and let us know how those steps helped in resolution of your issue.

    Cannot Use Discovery Languages (Rosetta Stone) - XBox One

    It seems as though this is a free app to download but not to use. I have the same problem. I wonder if someone who has purchased rosetta stone on another platform, if they are able to enter in their credentials if it would work. I am not going to buy it
    just to try it though.

    HDMI working on pc monitor but not on my LG tv (Xbox 360)
