Cannot load content

I just got my Xbox One Halo MCC bundle today and went through setting it up but it won't show pictures, gamer pictures, videos, and I can't even change my background colours. It just keeps saying "Cannot load the content, try again later." Been doing this
all day and it's rather annoying. I've tried using wireless and wired network connections but still the same. And it's really really slow, takes ages to load anything, to the point my 360 is faster.

Error Message:

My system attempts to load the reclaimer level of Halo 4 and cannot do so and I get a message that says "Players failed to load content. A player may be missing downloadable content. I have attempted to erase my downloadable content and the level in question
will still not load. I have also turned off my system and restarted my internet and cleaned off my disc.

Problems with Halo 4 DLC

Hey there. I have experience exactly the same problem. Unable to load content on my profile, the pictures do not display and cannot load maps in custom games. However, when I log into my friends profile on the same xbox I am able to load the content even
though I downloaded with my profile.

Hey there. I don't know if this will help in your case, but many times a hard reset will fix performance issues. To do this, hold down the Xbox logo on the front of your console for about 10 seconds until it completely shuts down. Turn it back on and try
again. If that doesn't work, I would do the same thing, and unplug the power cord from the back of the console. Unplug the power from your router and modem and wait about 5 minutes. Then plug your modem back in, and when it is fully powered up, plug in your
router. When that is done, plug in your console.

If none of this works, your console may need repaired, but if you just got it, exchanging at the store you got it from may be easier. I don't think this is the case though, as it sounds like a network issue.

I managed to fix it. Had to go through the BT Home Hub setup in Internet Explorer before it would work. Never had to do that with my 360 so never thought about it.

Since it is an add-on, you cannot start it directly. You must start Skyrim and then the Dawnguard content will be loaded withing the game.

I put the code for the Season Pass. It loaded in but doesn't give me the DLC contents and then I cannot use the code again.
