    Cannot link or unlink accounts because it says that I’m already linked when I’m not


    I’m trying to sign into Microsoft of my PS5 but it only shows up on Xbox which I don’t have. Minecraft says I cannot unlink my PSN from the current MSA and relink afterwards. But I don’t know what the sign in or username and password is in order to link any accounts because it says that it works and then it doesn’t saying I need to contact support.

    My xbox account is somehow linked to an Epic/Fortnite account for which I don't know the email. I need to unlink it. Epic support has been NO help.

    When I try to connect my Xbox account to my Epic Games account, it says this account is already connected to another Xbox account, though I have checked and it is not. How can I fix this?

    Unfortunately, it will not because of how strict they are with the data that is already linked to that account. You can unlink it but you cannot link another one or replace that linked account.
