    Cannot leave the Xbox insiders program


    I am hoping you guys can help. I joined the Xbox insiders program many years ago and have started to find the recent updates tiresome. However recently the insider app has been updated, which is a requirement to leave. However when I try and sign in with the new app it says that my GamerTag is not valid for the insider programme, I can only assume that many years ago I had a different gamertag that I changed the name of. So I get all the frustration of the updates and yet cannot leave. Any ideas?
