    Cannot launch Xbox app on my PC with Windows 11.


    I never had an issue with the Xbox app on my PC until one day it randomly stopped working. When I launch the app, it gets stuck at a black screen with the white Xbox logo pulsing. I can't even close out of the app with the X button, I have to use Task Manger to close the app because it completely freezes but the logo still pulses. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app already. My OS is up to date. I tried resetting and repairing the app. Nothing has worked so far. I would really like to get on the app so I can use GamePass. Please help.

    Let’s try some steps to isolate the issue. Kindly delete all files in C:\Users\User_name\AppData\Local\Packages \Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache, and then reboot your pc.

    This will only rescan all your downloaded files in just a few minutes.

    Microsoft what is going on with this, Did a full reinstall of Windows 11 and every other game launcher works fine, Xbox app is now literally locking up my computer with slow launches and I have to reboot to get out of it. everything I have tried doesn't work, repair, reinstall the Xbox app. Can not use Xbox ultimate on my Windows 11 PC.
