Cannot launch game pass/EA play games on xbox

Hi everyone. Since today I cannot launch any games on my Series S with game pass (flight simulator) or EA play (F1 2020, Battlefield 4). It says I need to login or renew my subscription (error code 0x803f900a). However, my game pass ultimate subscription is active (will expire next January). The games I own launches without any issue.

What I've tried on xbox:

* make sure internet connection is good

* log off and log on

* remove profile and add it again

* reboot xbox

I suspect Battlefield 4 might break something for me. Yesterday I downloaded Battlefield 4 and I started it. It asked me to login to my EA account, which I did and I played the game just fine. But today when I boot up xbox it's having issues above.

Any clue how to solve this? Thank you!

I tried all the steps you suggested, but the problem is still there. After I reset xbox (and keep the games and apps), I can't even launch the games I own and simple apps like netflix. When I try to open any game or app, it tells me to check my connection, with error code 0x80072efe. But I have internet connection, I can see any website using the browser. I tried both Wi-Fi and wired connection, reset and restarted multiple times, but it's still the same.

Edit: I tried to reset and erase all games and apps. I still cannot open youtube or netflix.

Click with the menu button on the game icon and go to manage game and add-ons and in saved data delete the ''reserved space'', clean your console's MAC, restart when prompted, and try again.

To clean the MAC follow this path

Settings>general>network settings>advanced settings>alternative MAC address and click clear and restart the console when prompted.

If the problem persists reset the console to factory defaults, you won't lose anything but you will need to log in with your account again. Email and password are required.

Follow this path and select reset keeping games and app.

In 5 to 10 minutes you will finish reconfiguring your console

To reset the console>

Settings> System> Console Info> Reset Console

***Do not reset your console without having your account email and password.***

Could you do a speed test and stats on your console's network settings and send all the results and your NAT type, please?

Also, take a test. Share your phone connection as a hotspot, connect your console to that network and see if you can open any games or apps.

Thank you Samy for your assistance. I really appreciate it. Somehow everything is now back to normal today. Only thing I did was reboot my xbox a few times, and microsoft store updated itself many times in the background. I don't know what was it doing but today when I boot up my xbox everything starts to work again. It's weird because I actually tested my network yesterday and it was totally fine apart from double NAT (it's always like that since the first day).

Anyway it's all good for now!
