Cannot launch a game on Xbox PC All error codes here: 0x87E10BD0, 0x800704c7, 0x80070005

This is the error code that appears. I am signed into both accounts on the Microsoft store. I've tried running a clean boot, uninstalling the game and reinstalling it, uninstalling Xbox app and reinstalling it, resetting the cache, updating drivers, updating windows, resetting my pc. signing in and out, syncing the date and time and about everything that has been suggested on the forums. It should be noted that none of my games are working but when i go to open them they state a different issue: C:\ProgramFiles\WindowsApps\[game]\[game].exe

File system error 9-2015294512 along with the error code 0X800704c7 and when going to download other games it now says 0x80070005 and refuses to download them. This download issue is new and has only started this morning after i slept and tried to reinstall the game over night.
