    Cannot join Xbox live rewards


    I have tries on multiple occasions to join rewards and always het the message that I cannot join. Albeit that I previously used trial codes for both 14 day and 30 day increments, but I have now purchases directly through the Microsoft store a 3 month pass
    and it will not allow me to join? Can you look into this please?

    The Xbox Live Rewards program is not available in your region, so you cannot join.

    I can't join Xbox live rewards even though I have a gold membership

    I have tried to join Xbox rewards but I get a message saying I cannot join Xbox live rewards strictly because I don't have an Xbox live membership! The thing is I do have a gold membership for the last 4 years!

    Can anyone help?

    As stated in the pop-up, since Xbox Live Rewards is becoming Microsoft Rewards in your region, it is no longer possible to join the program. Since you are not a member of Xbox Live Rewards, you cannot log in to the site.
