Cannot join xbox live rewards

Hello, I am trying to join the Rewards programme for a quite long time and with some help from other people but I can't. My location is United Kingdom but the page is showing me error like this:

"We're Sorry.

Unfortunately, you can't join Xbox Live Rewards at the moment. It's strictly because the programme is not available in your country. Keep an eye out for announcements regarding new countries being added in the future."

And on the bottom of the page is information that "Xbox Live Rewards is open to residents of Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, the United
Kingdom or the 50 United States (including District of Columbia) who are 13 years of age or older, or residents of Norway who are 18 years of age or older. See the programme Terms and Conditions for
details." But I am in United Kingdom!

Rejoining Xbox rewards

Hello Naruto 2Chill,

The Xbox Live Rewards program is not available in your region, so you cannot join.

 

I can't join Xbox live rewards even though I have a gold membership

I have tried to join Xbox rewards but I get a message saying I cannot join Xbox live rewards strictly because I don't have an Xbox live membership! The thing is I do have a gold membership for the last 4 years!

Can anyone help?
