    Cannot join Xbox Insider


    Someone at Xbox please help me out. I really want to join the insider program so i can change my gamer pic but it will not let me because of "past behavior". I have been falsely reported over and over by people who get mad at me in game and think that reporting
    me is a reasonable thing to do even though I have done nothing wrong. Clearly Xbox has an automated system that suspends people because i have been suspended numerous time and have been innocent almost every time. Because of this, I cant do something as fundamental
    as choosing a custom profile pic and this really angers me. Someone at Xbox please be reasonable and help a loyal customer out.

    Xbox Insider Hub won't let me in the app, says I'm underage, although am not.

    When I try to open Xbox Insider hub, it presents me with this message,"Sorry, you need to be at least 18 to join the Xbox Insider program". My microsoft account is over 18...

    I have just purchased sea of thieves and cannot access it's closed beta Cannot join Xbox Insider :(

    Cannot leave the insider beta, everything i just to leave it just requests to join again and im left with a pending sign

    I think I joined the Xbox Insider program. But my console didn't join the insider update, is that relevant?

    If you are looking to test new versions of the Xbox One dashboard on your console then you should join the Xbox Insider program and this will allow you help with testing the new console software updates.

    To join the insider program download the Xbox Insider Hub app on your console and enrol your console through the app, Once you have joined the program when your XP level and tenure are high enough you will be able to join the beta tier of the program.

    Can you please say what group you are trying join such as the Xbox Ambassadors or the Xbox Insiders?
    I never got the option to join a group but it was on the insider app on the xbox one

    Unfortunately your enforcement history cannot be erased and one of the prerequisites to join the Insider program is a clean enforcement history.

    If I'm not mistaken, you may have to wait 12 months from the date of an action to join preview.
