Cannot join parties & connect to others online for several games.

I have been unable to play online on several Games including Dark Souls 3 and Battleborne despite having Gold. Parties aren't working either. I have heard that it has something to do with my router, but over the past couple of years i have tried literally
everything i could find. All my Ports should be open. Now ii have even problems with getting my Nat type because apperently my routers terdo filter has activated itself and i cannot find it anymore. On top of that, i cannot even test if my problem is solved
without buying another gold subscription. So, if you have any ideas please post them below. I would also appreciate it,, if you put a more or less detailed guide as your answer, since every offical source has failed me thus far. Thanks for the help !

NAT error

Hi, Me and my mate have been trying to join each others xbox live parties but we cant connect, and I've been through all the online help for NAT errors. We can join games but cant join parties or play co op together. We have the same ISP and modem and have
done the port forwarding and everything we can think of! But it just wont allow us to connect.

joning parties and game play

i can connect to xbox but i cant join parties or play anything online. i can however watch netflix and hulu but i cannot connect to online servers like ea sports for madden and call of duty servers. sometimes it does let me join parties but get kicked within
minutes. my internet runs fine with my computers and phones but beither xboxes in the house can join parties and everything discussed above. would this be an xbox problem or should i contact my internet provider?

If you've done all troubleshooting on your end check to see if there's anything up with the Xbox live server status. If that's all fine ring your ISP, might still be a fault on your line.

Ok, what does work is connection to other games and parties, it just seems the 2 of us cannot find each other. Other ppl can join my games/party. Alo the xbox test does NOT give back that i have strict NAT or so. Just says connections are okay. Using upnp
and port forwarding.

I am having a similar problem with 2 XBOX 360 consoles. The strangest part of this, it only started happening within the last year, before that we never had any problems. We have not changed modems or internet service.

I'm estimating about 6 months ago it just started, the problem is we are not able to join the same party online, but we can both be online on XBOX LIVE and in different games or parties. As soon as we try to join the same game or party - in the new Black
Ops for example, we are both disconnected from XBOX LIVE and cannot sign on until the connection is reset on both systems (must exit game, reconnect to router). Then we both can sign on again after resetting consoles and connections, although it might take
a while, and are completely fine... until we try to join the same party or game again now rinse and repeat.

This is frustrating to such an extent because we cannot play any games together online, but we can play online with others. What can possibly be happening here? I don't know how it could be related to the router, modem or ISP due to the fact we are both
able to be online at the same time in different parties and games, only when we try to join the same game are we disconnected. I appreciate any ideas in advance, thanks.

nope once set you cannot change the region of your account

you can only play other regions if the connection is stable and fast enough

or you do a party and join their game

overseas connections tend to be slow
