Cannot Join or Create party or Invite and Join Friends

Error Code 0x800C0008. When trying to start a party. Option to invite or join friends to party is disabled (greyed out). Joining onto a party or game invite does nothing. Friends appear able to join me in game (at least onto a pubg squad) but i cannot join
them.

Have tried 2 seperate wireless connections and 1x Wired connection. Have hard reset twice, including unplugging for 1min+ . Nat type was open on 1 wireless and 1 wired connection and moderate on 1 wireless. All other network testing options via the xbox
say everything is fine and working.

Anyone have any idea?

Xbox One Party doesnt work or isnt simple

Ok can someone please explain the logic behind the new party system on the XB1, I think I must be missing something as the old 360 version was simple and worked great create a party invite friends, they join the party you launch a Lobby and they either join
or you invite party to join

Xbox one create party invite friends they all join party then go to game launch multiplayer and then you either still have to invite them or they have to find you and join I have found this with both COD and BF4 I am missing something but this doesn't seem
to be straightforward. What happened to the Lobby for your party and to launch from there.

 

Invites dont work

This just started tonight but I cannot join any of my friends partys and they cannot join me. Private chats do not work either, and when I invite someone to anything wether it is a game invite, party invite, chat invite, or whatever they do not get it. Any
thoughts?

1- go to settings

2- console information

3- reset console after keeping games and apps

after that, you can reset your locality, language, account ...
