Cannot join clan in Cod AW

Discus and support Cannot join clan in Cod AW in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I keep getting the message that i caanot join a clan due to account restrictions.     I keep getting the message that i caanot join a clan due to account restrictions. Any clue as why i cannot join?
