Cannot install Xbox One X

You cannot use Rise of the Tomb Raider from 360 on xbox one, because dont and wont be on Backwards Compatible because that game already has a xbox one version.

So you cannot install it on xbox one x.

Are you aware the Spacer's Choice edition is only for the Series X|S. If you are using the Xbox One, then that will be why you cannot install it.

This install was on a fresh from the box new Xbox One X. Also, you cannot install BC games in offline mode, the game must be downloaded from the store to complete installation. The game was uninstalled and reinstalled several times and the same disc is
currently working on another original Xbox One console. If you read the links provided, there are several other users that were working successfully on the Xbox One X until an update that hit around the middle of August. After this update, it seems that the
game is not working for anyone on an Xbox One X console.

You mentioned you purchased Game Pass Ultimate and wanted to install STEEP but cannot find it in the Xbox App. According to the game information page, STEEP cannot be downloaded to a PC as it is only compatible with the Xbox One and Series X/S. If you have an Xbox One or Series X/S you may download the game and play it on the console.

I already do first solution and second solution.. still both cannot be normal back.. still cannot download/install the game to my xbox series X.. if I use or install using my phone, it can install to my xbox but still cannot play the game.. its say 'Try that again - something happened on our end.
