Cannot install Xbox Beta App

Hi,
as per title, I'm currently unable to install the XboxBeta App. Previously, I had managed to install it and have same games installed (not all, I opened an other question for that) but, since I was unable to update the app through conventional means,
I uninstalled it hoping to re-installing it afterwards. I have tried both installation via WindowsStore (where I get error 0x80073CF9) and via running the installer as Administrator (where it either shows the progress bar going to about 2/3rds and then stops
with the same error or simply gets stuck at "Making things awesome").

I checked the Windows Event Viewer and it showed several entries with a similar content (I apologize for the Italian, but i could not find a way to upload the .evtx file):

I'm logged in as an Administrator, I checked Windows Update (my system is up-to-date), UAC is on, I was suggested on an other question to use CCleaner to clean the registry and to use "sfc /scannow" (I did
both) and I've tried resetting the Windows Store cache. Is there anything else I can try? Some service/process that I should check is running as elevated?

Hi Baptiste,

It's still not clear what app or game you are having trouble downloading. If you cannot download the Xbox (Beta) app for whatever reason, the easiest way to get the app is to use the Xbox
(Beta) app installer.

If your version of Windows needs to be updated to run the Xbox (Beta) app, the installer will help you through that process.

Seems like Gears 5 needs to be installed using the Xbox PC Beta App. Please check if your Windows 10 is version 1903 or not. If it is an earlier build the Xbox App does not seem to install. i have this problem with my Surface Book 2 which cannot update to
1903 due to an issue with that build and the surface line. This means i cannot install the Xbox PC app, and as a result i cannot install Gears 5.

The store on a regular computer links to your Xbox App on PC which shoudl allow you to install it.

Hi XBF Crystal P,

the troubleshooter failed to identify the problem. As for third-party security software, I have none installed, but I never got any errors while using the Windows Update Tool. I also checked the link you suggested, but no solution worked.

Thanks for reaching out here in Xbox Forums. I understand there is an Error code 0x8007065e occurring. To help you resolve the issue, I suggest performing these troubleshooting steps:

Run the Windows Update troubleshooter

This automated diagnostic tool will scan your PC for update issues and fix them for you. Make sure that you're signed in as the administrator in order to run the tool.

Click the Start button, go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot.
Select Windows Update under Get up and running.
Click Run the troubleshooter.
Follow the on-screen instructions.

Disable third-security software

Some third-part security software may prevent download and installation of the latest updates for Windows 10. I suggest temporarily disabling the security software to complete the update. You can simply enable it once the update is
complete.
