    Cannot install XBox App for Windows 10. Error code: 0x80190194


    I am trying to install the Xbox app for Windows 10 PC from https://www.xbox.com/en-US/apps/xbox-app-for-windows-10. I am on the latest version of Windows 10. I keep getting the error "Looks like something went wrong. We weren't able to install the app (0x80190194)" while running XboxInstaller.exe

    Will Microsoft now reimburse the 1 euro we paid for the game pass. Or do you guys reckon this will be fixed?

    Has Microsoft acknowledged this issue yet?

    It seems to be an issue with the app itself - not a great first impression of XBox Game Pass.

    Edit: it seems to be working now.

    Now Xbox (beta) loads and installs from the MS Store.

    Before it wouldn't even load, the Store would just hang.

    So I tried the installer from
    here    , and that's when I got the error OP got.

    FYI the version that successfully installed is 2009.1001.4.0

    I'm having the same problem, I tried to install on another computer but I got the same error. Apparently this error is recent, I checked in the forum and there is a lot o people talking about this issue recently,
    so I think it is a problem with the current version of the xbox beta (not our computer's fault hahaha).
