    Cannot Install Rise Of The Tomb Raider


    Hi, have just recently purchased our first xbox one for our son, which was pre-owned. I successfully installed a few games but am unable to install Rise Of The Tomb Raider, which came on disc as part of the purchase. The installation process stops at 1%
    and a message which states "this content is not available at this time" or similar, appears on screen. I've tried coming offline and just installing from the disc but this has not been successful either. I have looked on your forum for suggestions, but not
    being too technically minded am still at a loss. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers

    Rise of The Tomb Raider xbox 360 DVD not installing on xbox one x

    You cannot use Rise of the Tomb Raider from 360 on xbox one, because dont and wont be on Backwards Compatible because that game already has a xbox one version.

    So you cannot install it on xbox one x.

    Sorry to hear it. Can you check the disc and make sure it isn't scratched? Scratches could prevent the game from being installed.
