    hello.

    i just installed the xbox app on windows 10 64bit and subscribed to the gamepass.

    i'm trying to install the game back4blood but i receive an error immediately, the game wont download, is stuck at 0%, and it says: error code: 0x80070424, then it provides a link with a list of error codes (this one isnt even on there).

    can someone PLEASE help me install this game so i can enjoy it with my friends. i have had nothing but frustrating experiences using microsoft apps...

    thanks very much.

    - restarting the app doesnt help

    - changing the disc drive doesnt help

    -how can i even choose a folder destination for the game?

    Did you select the option Reset this PC? There you had all the steps to keep your Files.

    Ok well. I just reset my PC (unlike you said it did not keep my programs). Now when I am trying to install it on a fresh PC I, again, am receiving an error (but different error code this time)...

    Hi there aynej welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. I had this issue around a year ago. I could tell you all the 10 steps I followed to solve it, unfortunately what helped me to solved this was to restart my PC as it comes here:

    In the part of Windows 10 click on "Reset this PC" these instructions will help you to solve the problem, you can even leave your important files!
