Cannot install games from Live, error code 0x87e0000d

Please help! Not sure why this is happening. Games won't install at all from Live.

I bought the evil within 2 thought Xbox live today

but I can't install the game showing the error code

0x87e0000d

after I restart and update the Xbox one console

the problem can't be solved

Please help me, I have seen others as well post a message about this issue.

Any time I attempt to download any game, it sits at 0%, gives me an error code known as 0x87e0000d or even just restarts the download and once again either sits at 0% or gives me 0x87e0000d.

I have searched up this error code on
https://support.xbox.com/en-US/error-code-lookup?code=0x87e0000d and "Sorry! No Support articles were found for "0x87e0000d".".

I have also seen many other people post about this error code quite recently today.

Please do something about this because my mother didn't buy my father an xbone for nothing.

Same here, trying to install lara croft and it just goes in a loop trying to install and then stopping

Same issue here. Had to uninstall a game and DLC for a fix and now I can't re-download and install it. It acts like it's going to, then it errors out. I am connected and signed into the profile that bought the content too. Hope they fix it soon.

I even reset my Xbox and it didn't install. Did anyone try and see if it works again?

My solution to this error code was to turn off the console while the game/app that you are trying to download is on the queued section. Wait for about 6 hours (you can sleep during that time or play what you already have) and the game/app should be either
downloading or be already installed when you start up your console. It worked for me, I hope it works for you.
