    Cannot install game to Xbox one


    I purchased Halo Master Chief Collection last weekend at Target. I got home, entered the redmeption code and expected the game to download. Nothing happened. I search my games and it is not there, I check my purchased games history and there it is! It
    does not show up on my Xbox installed or ready to install. I contacted Microsoft customer support and they could not find a solution to the problem. I'm just looking at this as a forty dollar loss at this time since it does show I put the code in and I now
    own this game. Has anyone else run into this problem?

    The manage button is for local installations, and you cannot install the game locally on Xbox One

    If you're trying to run this Xbox 360 game on Xbox One, it must be back-compatible, otherwise it cannot be installed. If the game disc is not intended for Xbox 360 consoles, then it cannot run on that console, either.

    You cannot use Rise of the Tomb Raider from 360 on xbox one, because dont and wont be on Backwards Compatible because that game already has a xbox one version.

    So you cannot install it on xbox one x.
