Cannot install game through Xbox App - Stuck on error 0x0000000

I had this issue around a year ago. I could tell you all the 10 steps I followed to solve it, unfortunately what helped me to solved this was to restart my PC as it comes here:

In the part of Windows 10 click on "Reset this PC" these instructions will help you to solve the problem, you can even leave your important files!

Have you tried redeeming through the Xbox app or Xbox.com? What's the specific content you're trying to redeem, and what's the specific error code you receive? Error codes look similar to XBOS-0000 or 0x0000000.

just had to factory reset my Xbox and I'm stuck at update it says checking for updates, checking for updates, checking for updates and once it's finally done it says there was a problem with the update error code 0X80072EE2, 0x0000000 0x00000200

yip getting the 0x0000000 error have idea why, says all services available but i cant load any game or app but im connected????

Yes usually that works, always when you cannot install a game through the console with some error or bug in the store app you can still do the install order (if your console is turn on) through the store website or the xbox app in mobile or windows 10.
