    Hi,

    I have a Game Pass subscription and use the Xbox app on PC. Quite recently I saw that there was an update Dungeons & Dragons: Dark Alliance (which I had installed and was playing) so I decided to download the updated. However it stopped half way through the update. I tried pausing and resuming the downloading but nothing worked. At this stage I just gave up and uninstalled and tried to reinstall the game. That's when I hit the error code 0x87e00013 whenever I tried to install. I also tried installing it through the Microsoft Store and it says it has completed the download but it actually didn't do anything. I tried every solution I could find on a Google search including resetting and reinstalling Microsoft Store, Xbox App and Gaming Services. Running scripts in Powershell with Admin rights, restarting the pc, even disabling my firewall but nothing helped. The app still refuses to install the game.

    Is there a way I can get this game reinstalled?

    I had the same error with Minecraft dungeons, and i solved installing in my Hard drive principal the C: one.

    I have two drives on my laptop i don't know why i can't install on my second drive, i can install all the game pass games except Minecraft dungeons u.u

    Hello There ! Would you please try to perform these steps?

    1. Try resetting the Microsoft Store and Gaming Services app. Go to your Settings app and, under Apps and Features, locate the Microsoft Store app. Click on it, then press Advanced Options, then Terminate, and then Reset. Repeat this with the Gaming Services app too. Restart your PC and try to install the game again.
    2. Try turning your firewall off. This sometimes blocks Game Pass access. Turn it off and try to install the game. If it downloads, simply turn it back on once it’s finished.

    None of those things worked.

    I gave up and managed to install it on a different drive. So for some reason it doesn't like my 2TB nvme games drive.
