Cannot install Forza Horizon 5 on PC

If you can't find or install the DLC expansions for Forza Horizon 5 on your PC, here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

I suggest uninstalling the app completely! Everytime that it tried to give me a hard time I do this and it works wonders! Here are the steps!

Open the Settings app it is the gear in the start menu.

Open Accounts

Click Sign-in Options

Scroll down to Privacy

Uncheck "Use my sign-in info to automatically finish setting up my device and reopen my apps after an update and restart."

Restart your PC!

Yeah this is definitely too extreme for something as simple as installing a game. It shouldn't be this hard to install a game one rightfully purchased; certainly isn't the case for other digital game vendors...
