Cannot install Dead Space 3 on Xbox One

    Cannot install Dead Space 3 on Xbox One


    I have installed both Dead Space and DS2 on my Xbox One, but when I tried to install Dead Space 3 I get an error message....Something went wrong! (0x8b050066) I've cleaned the disc, have taken disc out / in many times, also used two different copies. I've
    tried turning the internet off....all to no avail! How can I beat this...HELP!

    Hey there RoyceHarper,

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with this issue. I can totally understand how this could be pretty disheartening. I think you might be best helped by trying a soft
    factory reset     (the kind that let's you keep your games and apps).

    When you get the chance, give that a shot and let us know if that helped.

    What comes to mind?

    I loved the first Dead Space and rate it as one of the best games available on Xbox360, did not like Dead Space 2 and didn't bother with Dead Space 3.
