Cannot install certain apps in the Microsoft Store (Error 0x80073D05)

I see that you tried multiple things. Since you didn't specify exactly what you've tried so far, I'll put in a few support solutions that may help!

First and foremost, please make sure that your device is completely updated to the most recent version of Windows 10, including all Optional Updates.

Next, I would recommend that you try reinstalling the Gaming Services package on your Windows 10 device. This can help reset those gaming apps.

1. Right-click the Start button in the lower-left corner of the main screen, and then select Windows PowerShell (Admin).
   
2. In the Administrator: Windows PowerShell screen, type the following command and press Enter:
   
   Get-AppxPackage *gamingservices* -allusers | remove-appxpackage -allusers
   

I would also reset the Windows Store cache since that is where you are experiencing the most issues. You can click Start, type wsreset in the search box, and right-click wsreset.exe app to choose Run as administrator. This will clear the Microsoft Store cache. Then you can browse and try to install the app again in Microsoft Store.

Running the Windows Store troubleshooter can help identify issues that are causing the app to run incorrectly.

1. Click Start > Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot.
   
2. Find Windows Store Apps option in right panel and click it. Then, click Run the troubleshooter.
   

Resetting the Microsoft Store app may also help the problem.

1. Press Windows + I to open Settings.
   
2. Click Apps -> Apps and features. Scroll down in the right window to find Microsoft Store. Click it and choose Advanced options.
   
3. Scroll down to click Reset button under Reset section.
   

Corrupted system files may cause Windows Store not working well. You can run Windows SFC (System File Checker) utility to check and fix corrupted system files in Windows 10.

• Press Windows + R, type cmd, and press Ctrl + Shift + Enter to open the elevated command prompt in Windows 10.
  
• Type the following command line: sfc /scannow, and hit Enter. Let the scan finish and corrupted system files will be repaired.
  

I'm curious as to why when you reinstalled Windows 10 that it didn't fix the issue. I just reinstalled Windows 10 due to some issues I was having, and when I was finished I had the Game Bar/Xbox App, and everything. Granted, I did need to go into the Microsoft Store and download the plugin for the Game Bar app as it didn't show my friends when I launched it. That was easily fixed, though, as when I was in the Microsoft Store app I had almost 40 updates for apps. After all the updates were downloaded, I restarted my computer and it was all fine.

If this happens again, please use the Windows Feedback tool and make an error/bug report. When you have finished that, come back here and let me know the bug number and bug title that the Feedback tool generates. Once I have that information, I can pass it along to our development team lead who can have some devs take a look at the bug.

ERROR Code : 0x80073d05

I've been looking into this one and it is very strange as that code, on a PC, indicates a Store issue but not on the Xbox it seems

Also interesting that the code isn't even listed on the Xbox codes page...surely they must have come across it before!!

The upshot of this seems to be a full factory reset may be needed

I walked through every step of you tutorial and it did not resolve my issue.

Whatever is generating the error 0x80073D05 is not fixable at this point in time.

I cannot install the XBOX (beta) Installer. And today discovered I can't even install a game that I bought and paid for. Keep getting this error: "Something went wrong". What kind of error message is that...Not even the troubleshooter could find a fixable
error.
