Cannot install Batman: Arkham City to hard drive.

A few days ago, I purchased Batman: Arkham City from a retailer brand-new. As I always do when I get a new Xbox 360 game, I opened it up and tried to install it to my 500GB hard drive. However, it will stop randomly, saying that the disc is dirty or unreadable
or something along those lines. I do not understand. The disc is in perfect, brand-new shape, and I have installed about twenty other Xbox 360 games to my hard drive with absolutely no problem. Help?

By the way, I forgot to mention this in my original post, but I tried clearing the system cache as some have recommended, but it didn't work.

Yes, it does, however, I have installed every other one of my Xbox 360 games, so it kind of drives me nuts having a game that isn't installed.

Try installing the game offline. Also try clearing your cache.

 

No, it still doesn't work. I disconnected the console from the internet, making sure it was offline, then I cleared the cache in the Storage settings for all my storage devices, and then I tried installing it only to get the same error. Strangely enough,
it stops at a consistent rate now. Before, when the console was online, it would randomly stop. When I try installing offline, the install consistently stops at 41%.
