Cannot Install Assasins Creed Odyssey (xbox one)

My copy is digital as well. I went through all of the troubleshooting things like a hard reset, deleting my local save files, restarting the download from the store directly. Nothing works. This is a microsoft issue as i understand it, having to do with
the lack of compatability of the game with the update or something of that nature. I just want to know whether this is going to be fixed rather quickly or not.

It is a problem of the last update, If you have the physical game install it without being connected to the Internet and then update it when the CD content will be installed

Kinda sad really, I personally spent around $450 on helix credits. That's additional to the actual DIGITAL version. Duh right. The update caused this somehow and it is fair to say the company made bookoos of money on the continued sales of aco. How about
we gamers make a united stand and NOT spend another dollar on this game until after it is corrected with a written apology from the company? Not to mention discourage new sales from potential victims, I mean buyers. Takes a lot of numbers to get a rich persons
attention. Jus' sayin...
