Cannot install any games on Xbox Game Pass except EA games

I just recently subscribed to Xbox Game Pass. I tried to download multiple games on Xbox Game list but only Fifa 21 works out for me I guess because of external EA app which help on the downloading and install process. For my other games such as Sea of Thieves and Destroy All Humans, I can finish downloading the content but when it is only a 2mb installation left, it gives me the error message (picture below). I tried to redownload multiple times but it still stuck in this install process. I also tried to restart my pc, but same problem.

Are there anyway to work on resolving this ?

First, welcome to the Xbox community. I'm sorry you're having this problem.

Before we try any different solutions, please check that after reinstalling your windows all updates are installed, the latest system version is 21H1, if not up to date, please download the latest version via windows update.

*If windows are already up to date, please try the solution below.

Go to This PC, enter the disc where you want to install the games.

Rename the "WindowsApps" folder in "WindowsApps.old" then restart the pc.

If the error occurs again then rename the "WpSystem" folder in "WpSystem.old" and restart again.

*If after performing the workaround above, you will get an error 0x80073d0d, read the thread below.

I don't exactly have a need for EA pass anyways, whether it's sharable or not I would be indifferent. I currently cannot install any Game Pass games or Game Pass Ultimate games. I am not trying to install a game included with EA pass. I am trying to install a game that was not included with Game Pass but is included with Game Pass Ultimate.

You cannot share all things with EA Access.

You cannot share Early Access trials and discounts.

You cannot use the EA Access app unless your Xbox account is subscribed.

You can share any EA games from the vault that you have installed with your profile.

You can share any EA games you purchased.

You can share Xbox One Games with Gold that you have installed with your profile.

You can share any purchased games and most DLC.

You can share online multiplayer benefits.

You can share any Game Pass game.
