cannot install an app i own

Discus and support cannot install an app i own in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; had an update popup for an app (All 4), started the update, but after 20 mins had 0% progress. so cancelled. the app has now disappeared from my apps....     cannot install an app i own


    had an update popup for an app (All 4), started the update, but after 20 mins had 0% progress. so cancelled. the app has now disappeared from my apps. When I go to the store, and select All 4, it says i own it, but with no install option.

    How do i reinstall the app?

    Can’t re-download app

    I recently deleted an app from my Xbox one because it was not working. When I go to the Microsoft store it says I already own the app but I cannot download it. I checked under my games and apps for ready to install and nothing is there either.

    No, the creators of the app cannot install it without your permission or install it on their own.

    Apps wont download again once unistalled

    I am getting same problem. You cannot uninstall the apps I own only hide them and when you go to install them it says installation stopped. Have also cleared local saved games and done mac address. Everything else is working.

    It wont work, the season passes are not visible in my games and apps, so I cannot re install them, if I go to the store, it simply states that I own the pass. The DLC related to them is in my games and apps, you can re install it, but when I boot up the
    games mentioned it's not available, if I go to the store it wants to charge me.

    Seems like Gears 5 needs to be installed using the Xbox PC Beta App. Please check if your Windows 10 is version 1903 or not. If it is an earlier build the Xbox App does not seem to install. i have this problem with my Surface Book 2 which cannot update to
    1903 due to an issue with that build and the surface line. This means i cannot install the Xbox PC app, and as a result i cannot install Gears 5.

    The store on a regular computer links to your Xbox App on PC which shoudl allow you to install it.
