    I bought a new Xbox one controller from Walmart with a warranty. Had it for about six months, but I cannot hear any audio. I tried connecting several headphones, no luck. But my headphones work on my brother's PlayStation. I called Walmart they said
    still under warranty with Microsoft. Called Microsoft and they ran test for a long time, on and off hold for hours, and get disconnected. Call back some thing...I just want to be able to hear when I am playing Fortnite or whatever...

    Thanks, I did try another controller and it seems to work. I likely just got a faulty controller bcuz it was working just fine, now I cannot hear anybody. I just want to get it to where it need to go before the warranty runs out.

    3.5mm jack in the controller is faulty.

    Yes ma'am, I tried another controller and my headphones work just fine. I am thinking it has something to do with the 3.5 mm jack... That is my best guess.
