    hi my gt is Xx MASTER Z1 xX i am a victim for what happen to me for my suspended account so now i cannot have access to my my game they are digital copy so i need help to get thoses back please and for my suspension like i said i make a complaint about
    this guy is gt is Zaoz is entering my party chat just before this perma ban happen to give me **** scream and yelling and the party and not just that send me so many text and i mean text like **** text so the next day i see i was banned but not just that i
    received text from him again and not only that he as multiples account i see you get banned bye the text is send me with the others account

    so i am asking to have my games back because i cannot have access and i have to pass by you so can you help me by changing the license of my hold account to my new account

    Can someone else not play digital games?

    I cannot access games that I have bought but I can access games that my friend bought through game sharing. microsoft needs to fix this ASAP.

    They will not change over a gold membership after a certain point. If a membership has been incorrectly entered on a different account you only have (I believe) 48 hours to contact support to have them change it.

    Be aware that if you purchase a membership with a credit card on an account that the card cannot be removed until the membership reverts back to silver. If you add a card to your son's account he will have access to it to purchase other items from the marketplace.
    I would recommend heading to your local gaming store to purchase a membership code that way and then enter it on your son's account.

    all of the above are correct however if you purchased the 12M membership or the 3M membership since its already paid for you can call phone support at 1-800-4MYXBOX and have them cancel the membership on your accnt and remove the cc and just have them give
    you a code for the remaining months. for example if you purchased the 12M and you only used 3M you can cancel the membership and get a code for 9M so you can redeem on your sons accnt.

    Hi,

    You cannot transfer the right on Xbox 360 to your son's account but you can buy the subscription on his account instead. If you purchased with credit card I would suggest to turn off the Automatic renewal on yours unless you would like to use it too. Gold
    membership cannot be shared on Xbox 360 so all individuals needs to have their own gold membership. I hope this helped.
