Cannot get Xbox PC app to work, have tried everything I can think of

I have been trying to get the xbox pc app to run on my pc, I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, restarted the computer, shut down and unplugged the computer, have tried terminating, restarting and repairing the app in setting. I do not know what else to do, it has worked in the past. The computer is up to date.

I get error 0x8027025a when I try to run it now, Microsoft support seems to think this is an xbox console error, but I am getting it on PC.

Please, do a clean boot and test the app.

Press Windows Key + R > Type msconfig > Select Services > Check the box Hide all Microsoft Services > Select Deactivate All.

Restart your computer and test the app again.

Let me know if it works!

Microsoft what is going on with this, Did a full reinstall of Windows 11 and every other game launcher works fine, Xbox app is now literally locking up my computer with slow launches and I have to reboot to get out of it. everything I have tried doesn't work, repair, reinstall the Xbox app. Can not use Xbox ultimate on my Windows 11 PC. Was working before I reinstalled everything. Whats the fix?

Thanks for the help so far but I am still getting the same error.

I tried everything on your list many of which I have tried already. The troubleshooter does not detect any issues and therefore cannot fix my problem.
This is a mid tower desktop PC, NOT a laptop so that part I could not perform.

Please read this carefully!

The XBOX APP is the ONLY application that cannot utilize the microphone.
Everything else works about the XBOX App except for the microphone in party chat.

I can use the microphone in team speak, discord, and in-game chat on CS:GO, OverWatch, all without any issues! I can use the microphone on Skype and every other VOIP application I have without a problem!

Once again, XBOX App is the only application having an issue with my microphone and this only happens with XBOX App in party chat.

When I start a new party or join a party I have tried both, I get the following error and cannot use the microphone.

I really think that there is a bug with the application regarding my Realtek sound chipset . Realtek® ALC1150 8-Channel High Definition Audio CODEC

so, if I am friends with someone on the xbox app on my computer, and I have game pass through xbox, can I cross platform with them as I am able to do in ARK? I have tried everything I can think of, and we cannot seem to figure out it...
