cannot get to home on the console

Same problem here! Cannot figure out how to fix it. Cannot even get out of apps back to Home, where I would press the "X" button to get back to the Xbox menu... have to turn off the entire console and restart to get back to Home. But still, cannot at
all get to Settings!!! Happened all of a sudden, no update, etc.

Oh, and my son was playing Mordor. It is the home console, my game. Now he cannot play. He was playing and it disconnected him and he cannot play know. Which is odd as I was thinking you could use games on the home console in those situations. Gets
the message "For this game, you need to be online." I get that message as well for some reason.

Whether the game is singleplayer or multiplayer, I cannot play it. If I'm online, I get the error code "0x87de0017." When I'm offline, I get the code, "0x87de2727" and it tells me to set it as my home console. I have it set as my home console already. This
is absolutely garbage that I cannot play a singleplayer game offline. How can I fix this?

Digital content ownership cannot be transferred to anyone else. If you leave the console as your Home console, they can still access the games without your account, but if they were to get a new console or you were to set another console as your Home console
or anything that would cause that to change, they will lose access to the games.

U cannot sign in to two x1 consoles using 1 tag... It will sign one out in favor of ur designated home console...Probably why ur getting signed out...
