    cannot get the reward of freedom-reward activity


    I have purchased $197 on Feb 4 and $175 on Feb 22 on XBOX marketplace, for the add-on contents of free online game "World of Tanks", which was fulfilled the requirement of freedom-reward (spend $234 in Feb). However I cannot get my reward from the activity.
    I have also check the function "mystatement" and cannot find any information about my purchase. Please advise.

    I have purchased HK$197 on Feb 4 and HK$175 on Feb 22 on XBOX marketplace, for the add-on contents of free online game "World of Tanks", which was fulfilled the requirement of freedom-reward (spend $234 in Feb). However I cannot get my reward from the activity.
    I have also check the function "mystatement" and cannot find any information about my purchase. Please advise.

    We see that your tokens are currently awaiting redemption on your FREEdom Rewards page. You can reach this redemption page containing your Coins from the Trove section of the FREEdom Rewards page (https://rewards.xbox.com/freedom-rewards/).
    Keep in mind that it takes us up to 96 hours to process new activity, so these coins may not show up immediately.
