    cannot get the reward credits


    Hi,

    I have purchased HK$481 on Mar 11, 2017 from XBOX marketplace via the email of promotion "Simple Rewarding" program (spent HK$468 before Mar 31 to obtain 6,000 Rewards Credits). However I cannot get the Rewards Credits until now, which is after 96 hours
    from purchase time).

    Also at the same time I should fulfilled the requirements for

    a) 2,000 Rewards Credits from program "FREEquent Player" (spent HK$39 each month for three months in a row)

    b) 2,000 Rewards Credits from program "FREE Pass" (spent HK$234 in Mar 2017)

    Would you please check and advise? Thanks.

    Hello arthur leung,

    Purchases can take up to 96 hours to be processed and received. Since your purchase was made on the 11th, you should see your purchases be Rewarded overnight tonight.

    Hello Rdeal,

    You cannot redeem Rewards Credits from the vault. If you are asking about a deposit of your Rewards Credits, since you are beneath 1000 Credits, you cannot yet request a deposit.

    Gamerscore is not the same as Rewards credits. It has no monetary value and cannot be used to make purchases. In order to receive rewards credits, you need to complete offers listed on the Missions page of the Rewards site.
