cannot get past 'add security'

Discus and support cannot get past 'add security' in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; how do I get past this screen? already added another email which it knows about. dont have a phone so cannot choose those 2 options. not going to...     cannot get past 'add security'


    how do I get past this screen?

    already added another email which it knows about.

    dont have a phone so cannot choose those 2 options.

    not going to make a new email just for this.

    so how can I get past this screen and actually play?

    cant get past my security check?

    It had proven to solve the reoccurring verification issue for others, so it could solve the problem for you too

    Thank you for the response, I apologize for the wording of my question as I was clearly upset. I am just frustrated that this is a reoccurring event that is both tedious and time consuming. I managed to sign back in after confirming my phone number and email
    again... though it made me reset my password. I had to go through the two step verification about 12 times as well. Is this a common issue? If so, will the steps above stop this from happening so often? I can understand that security is an issue, but this
    system is obviously flawed.

    you do need a second option

    In case the first expires could.be anything from a fongo account (voip or Google voice etc)

    How would I switch a Gamertag between accounts if it's over twelve characters in length?

    to add to the above, you cannot go over the new limit, support cannot help either.
    If you change the Gamertag on an Xbox 360 can you get past the new character limit?
