Until the upgrades that support mentioned happems adding the xbox 360 marketplace to the xbox one though it would be restricted to bc titles wouldmt make sense ro see the full marketplace

What do you mean havinf a creditcard with an american address ? Because you only need to live in a xbox live region and have a payment method

If you are an americsn living on a foreign us base? That wont work you have to go by your host country

Or are you trying to obtain us comtent while not being in the us that wont work either you have ro be in a xbox live supported country and have the correct regional account in order to download 360 games with gold

Otherwise you will.continue to have errors

If you dont live in an xbox live region you cant download 360 games with gold triple a titles and its a hit and miss with non triple a titles

360 games that are triple A are typically region locked

You wre only garenteed games if your account region matches your actual region anr if you live in an xbox live region

Microsoft sets the rules and regulation. There's nothing we can do to help remove that extra step blocking you from "purchasing" the free games. It's up to you to get the payment info on your account.

Every online gaming requires gold membership and in the description of the game is clearly stated "Requires Xbox Live Gold Subscription (sold separately)"

If you bought it through Amazon then it will not be listed on your Microsoft account. Unless Amazon provided you a 25-digit Xbox Live code for the game and you redeem it from an Xbox or Microsoft.com, it will not appear on your Xbox account.

Xbox requires an Xbox Live Gold subscription to play Minecraft on it's platforms, which includes the Xbox 360, the Xbox One, and Xbox on Windows. So the original error you were receiving was due to your account not having an active Gold subscription.

I'm not sure what the original issue was with the game license you got through Amazon, but on the Xbox side of things you will need a subscription to play Minecraft on the Xbox servers.
